Job Description
The Production Supervisor will oversee shift operations, ensure process discipline, and support quality and safety compliance across the unit. This role requires structured reporting, people coordination, and a strong focus on hygiene and standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the daily production plan and monitor shift activities against targets
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and process compliance as per SOPs and audits
- Coordinate raw material handling, batching records, and traceability documentation
- Support quality checks, deviation reporting, and corrective/preventive actions
- Supervise shop-floor teams, allocate manpower, and ensure discipline and productivity
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in feed, FMCG, or process manufacturing is preferred
- Comfortable with shift operations and shop-floor coordination
- Strong reporting, documentation, and basic computer skills
